Windows 10 Start Button and Taskbar not working - Problems with Windows 10 taskbar
Reinstall all Windows applications
Downloading and reinstalling all Windows 10 applications supposedly settles a stuck Start menu. This isn't as extraordinary as it sounds — 'Windows applications' are the ones incorporated with Windows 10 and accessible from the Windows Store. They used to be called 'Present day' applications and, before that, 'Metro' — Microsoft simply changed the name with Windows 10.
Even better, the reinstallation is programmed and should just take a couple of minutes. The procedure may erase any information you have spared in these Windows applications, however, so reinforcement anything critical before you start.
Applications that store information on the web, in Microsoft OneDrive or as documents in a different organizer, (for example, the Photos application) ought to be unaffected.
Cautioning: Recent reports show that this procedure may cause a few Windows Store applications to quit working, so be aware of this before proceeding.
1. Reinstall Windows applications
Dispatch the Task chief and open another PowerShell window with managerial benefits, as clarified previously.
